Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Payments:

    • Booking of a residence at K Pune requires payment of a booking amount as specified by Tayal Group.
    • The remaining payment schedule will be communicated to the buyer, linked to construction progress and mutually agreed terms.
    • All payments must be made via cheque, demand draft, or electronic transfer in favor of Tayal Group.

  2. Apartment Specifications:

    • The carpet area and specifications of each residence are as mentioned in the agreement. Minor variations may occur due to construction practices.
    • The layouts, designs, and finishes are subject to change based on architectural or statutory considerations.

  3. Possession and Handover:

    • The possession timeline for apartments at K Pune will be communicated by Tayal Group, subject to regulatory approvals and construction progress.
    • The buyer agrees to accept possession upon completion and clear all dues as per the agreed schedule.

  4. Maintenance Charges:

    • The buyer agrees to pay applicable maintenance charges for the upkeep of common areas, amenities, and services after possession.
    • These charges will be conveyed before handover and may be revised by the residents’ association or management body.

  5. Amenities and Facilities:

    • The amenities and facilities at K Pune are subject to availability, statutory clearances, and operational feasibility.
    • Tayal Group reserves the right to modify or substitute amenities if required by practical or regulatory considerations.

  6. Legal Compliance and Documentation:

    • The buyer must provide all necessary documents and details required for property purchase, registration, and compliance with local laws.
    • All transactions will be governed by the applicable laws of Maharashtra and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).

  7. Cancellation and Refund:

    • If a buyer cancels the booking, applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount paid.
    • Refunds, if any, will be processed as per the terms of the agreement executed between the buyer and Tayal Group.

  8. Dispute Resolution:

    • All disputes or claims will first be addressed through mutual discussion or conciliation.
    • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings as per Indian law, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.

By booking a residence at K Pune, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the above Terms & Conditions set forth by Tayal Group. Any updates or amendments will be communicated through official channels and recorded accordingly.
